Why do I need a separate cooling unit for my phone/computer room?
Phone/computer rooms are different than typical rooms because they may need cooling even in the middle of winter. For this reason special equipment is sometimes needed that is capable of providing cooling even when outdoor temperatures are much too cold for standard cooling equipment to operate.
If I need a new boiler or chiller can I contact HEI to provide complete documents for bidding and completion of the entire project?
Yes, HEI can provide “primary consulting services” for completion of mechanical upgrades and retrofits, ADA bathroom remodels, ventilation remodels, and any other project that involves mostly plumbing or ventilation and heating.
