Family, faith and education have been the beacons guiding Rick Lucio's life. Born in Brownsville, Texas, and the youngest of 10 children, examples from his parents and siblings of humility, never giving up on your dream and understanding right from wrong have helped lead him to where he is today. Rick's Mexican heritage is part of what gives him his strong work ethic and dedication to success. 

Rick is a Texas A&M University-Kingsville mechanical engineering graduate and is Co-Owner and CEO/Principal of HEI. He runs the ins and outs of Hallberg Engineering with his business partner, Paul Fettinger.
