Whether still an idea or in the early design phase, HEI partners with clients to designate the most effective methods of mechanical, electrical and energy design. HEI offers and integrates the latest technology, including Revit and building modeling, to ensure the client's vision and budget is respected throughout the design process.

With participation in design meetings, HEI is able to allow our brightest engineers to work with project managers to identify and overcome design challenges in a pre–construction setting, saving both time and money in the process. HEI offers both design/build and design/assist services. Whether the client is looking for full input of a large-scale design project such as a new high school, or input on a minor expansion or remodel, HEI is able to fully meet these needs.
