When design and building is complete, our CxA certified commissioning team is ready to ensure everything is running smoothly and up to client's standard as well as design intent.

RICK LUCIO AND PAUL FETTINGER
purchased the firm in 2013, and in March of 2023 celebrated 10 years of being owners. Together they carry out and maintain the company's strong reputation of providing quality engineering design and superior service.
Rick recently celebrated 26 years with Hallberg Engineering and Paul first joined Hallberg in 1995.
