SUMMIT CLASSROOM BUILDING
University of St. Thomas
UNIVERSITY OF ST. THOMAS' SUMMIT CLASSROOM BUILDING is a renovated facility for UST students studying healthcare. The new lab features state-of-the-art patient simulation mannequins and other equipment for students to learn the ins and outs of being a healthcare worker.
The renovation also included 30+ offices, study areas for students, 5 new classrooms, and a reception area for the nursing school.
Hallberg Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design for this 27,000 sq. ft. renovation project completed in 2022. HEI also provided commissioning services for the completed project.
