UMD MAIN PRODUCTION KITCHEN

THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA DULUTH MAIN PRODUCTION KITCHEN is a full remodel completed in January 2026. The upgraded kitchen features energy-efficient equipment, smart ventilation, and a new food pulping system, supporting more sustainable dining operations and an improved campus experience for students.
