EAGLE POINT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

ISD 622 North St. Paul-Maplewood Schools

EAGLE POINT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL was designed to serve approximately 800 students as part of ISD 622’s district-wide improvements following the 2019 bond referendum. The new 112,000 sq. ft. facility features two grade-level clusters, a centralized media center, dedicated spaces for before- and after-school care, and integrated support service areas. The design promotes collaboration, flexibility, and a strong sense of community throughout the building.

Hallberg Engineering provided mechanical and electrical design services for this project in collaboration with Wold Architects & Engineers. The school was completed in July 2022.
