RICHARDSON ELEMENTARY

RICHARDSON ELEMENTARY is located in North St. Paul, MN and serves students on the north end of the North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale district. In 2019, the school underwent a facelift along with an addition which featured a courtyard, gym addition, new front office areas, and four new classrooms.

HEI paired with LHB Inc. along with Adolfson & Peterson Construction on this 85,000 sq. ft. project and provided mechanical and electrical design services.
