SOUTH CAMPUS GYMNASIUM

WHITE BEAR LAKE SCHOOLS' SOUTH CAMPUS GYM was one of the first projects that showed just how needed White Bear Lake's 2019 "Building our Future" referendum was.

South Campus was built in 1971 to serve as Mariner High School for students on White Bear Lake's south side. It then became the 11th and 12th grade high school for White Bear Lake Area Schools.

With his project being less than a mile down the street from HEI, we were able to watch the construction process even more closely than we already do on other projects.

Along with the other projects that came from the "Building our Future Referendum", HEI provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services.
