North Hudson ES, E.P. Rock ES, Hudson MS
Hudson Schools - 2025 Addition/Renovation Projects: North Hudson Elementary School, E.P. Rock Elementary, and Hudson Middle School. Hallberg Engineering is providing commissioning services for these three school buildings.
North Hudson Elementary School includes the addition of a new gymnasium and complete replacement of the existing HVAC system. E.P. Rock Elementary School includes the addition of an administration wing along with a full HVAC system replacement. Hudson Middle School includes renovation of a portion of the existing school, with partial HVAC replacement and improvements including new boilers, chiller, and controls system.
Both elementary schools are also receiving exterior building repairs and replacements including windows and roofing, along with upgrades to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cabinetry, flooring, parking improvements, landscaping, playground equipment, and more. Hudson Middle School improvements include similar upgrades such as roof, window and door replacements, HVAC and electrical improvements, cabinetry and flooring, as well as kitchen and toilet room renovations.
The projects were designed by Bray Architects, with REYN Engineering providing structural engineering design and MSA providing MEP and fire protection design. All three projects are under construction management by Market & Johnson.
