TIM RABBITTS joined Hallberg Engineering's electrical engineering team in Summer of 1999, after working with previous owner Joe Hallberg on many projects in the 15 years preceding.
Tim grew up in Winchester, England, a town southwest of London. He started his career in engineering as an electrician and became a Master Electrician before moving to London to attend night school for electrical engineering. Tim's move to the USA in 1984 was originally supposed to be temporary, but years later, Tim's roots have planted in the Twin Cities.
BEYOND being HEI's Executive Vice President, Tim focuses on mentoring younger staff as well as assisting the team with specialty projects.
OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE...
Tim is an avid "football" fan (or soccer as we Americans know it). His favorite USA team is the Minnesota United FC and his favorite UK team is Southampton FC. He also has a passion for the arts and enjoys browsing galleries as well as attending concerts and shows. This has made working on auditorium projects at work a favorite!
Tim loves to travel and is a regular visitor to Florida for the beaches, and San Fransisco or London to visit friends and family.
