Scott Mason

SCOTT MASON joined Hallberg Engineering in Fall of 2013 as a lighting designer. Scott grew up in Blaine, MN and attended Anoka-Hennepin Technical College. In his first job, Scott designed lighting all over the world for indoor and outdoor sports lighting, flood lighting of buildings and landmarks, airport aprons, and roadway lighting. Scott worked for two different lighting representative agencies, which pushed him into markets like education, offices, and churches, which matched up well with Hallberg Engineering's markets.

AT HEI Scott is known as the “lighting guy”. He works on lighting and lighting controls for almost all of HEI's commercial projects.

OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE...

Scott has been coaching girls' volleyball for 28 years! He coaches at Visitation School in MN and coaches Club volleyball in the winter-spring. When he's not working or coaching, Scott is hunting or fishing with his two kiddos Lucas and Kyle.

WHEN THE MINNESOTA SNOW MELTS AWAY...

Scott and his sons fish in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Canada. They also hunt here in Minnesota and in North Dakota.
